  1. To outsource and develop affluent market prospects through different channels
  2. To achieve the acquisition goal under increasing customer demand and keen market competition
  3. Proactively develop, maintain and foster strategic relationships with business partners (Int’l Schools) and third party suppliers (agencies) to maximize business opportunities for both parties and deliver enhanced value propositions prospect and win new business in accordance with acquisition targets and the Int’l school Business Development Plan
  4. To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on channel activities
  5. Develop and maintain an acquisition pipeline, and ensure all new opportunities and leads are actioned
  6. To establish, maintain and manage good relationships with different channels and target customers from channels
  7. Oversee the implementation of acquisition.
  8. Record and update all prospect interaction and activities in BD database
  9. Complete reporting requirements in a timely and detailed manner including but not limited to weekly reporting (WIP), prospect acquisition goal, pipeline and performance management documentation
  10. Develop cross functional / cross team relationships to ensure opportunities are booked

  1. Highly integrity.
  2. Hold Bachelor degree or above.
  3. Minimum 3 years of front-end or banking product selling experience.
  4. General knowledge of financial products, systems and processes
  5. Familiar with local regulations.
  6. Experience in business development and relationship management.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT
  8. Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
  9. Good communication negotiation and presentation skill.
