  • To manage end to end acquisition of credit cards via digital channel
  • Manage and optimize both organic and paid digital platforms/ assets to drive key digital acquisition KPIs:
  • Click Through Rates
  • Traffic Volume
  • Online Credit Card form completion/submission rate
  • Credit Card Accounts/ Approval Rate
  • Cost per Approved Account
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Credit Card Product, Sales, Analytic teams, and Digital Media agencies to develop/ optimize effective digital marketing campaigns/ media placements
  • Develop and build relevant business partnerships, identify and integrate with key partners that provide relevant tech led functionalities/ value propositions to improve overall customer's online application experience.
  • Build a culture of test and learn for digital campaigns/ creative

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 5 years experience in Digital Sales/ Marketing
  • Up to date knowledge of Digital landscape/ tools/developments for both organic and paid media. Knowledge on APIs will be a bonus
  • Knowledge of website analytics platforms
  • Open minded, self motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills willing to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, ability to work under pressure, and strong drive to deliver sales/ pressing deadlines
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
