Customer Insights Manager-17046059
  • To design, planning and delivering various surveys, especially digital channel surveys, to align with customer service and control purpose;
  • To monitor and review survey results and to ensure the consistent performance of our country’s service measurements; 
  • To work closely with various units including Citiphone to ensure the delivery of NPS survey, results monitoring and closed feedback loop;
  • To coordinate with the various units to ensure delivery of service performance for all indicators;
  • To provide analysis data report and insightful analysis for business to identify key areas of improvement;
  • To support on business control on survey function

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • More than 5 years working experience in area of consumer banking, customer service or marketing
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work with different cross function units
  • Independent & creative thinker
  • Open minded, diligent, patient and with a keen eye for details
  • Good at both spoken and written English
